Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, specialised massage technique that supports the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system plays a key role in immune function, fluid balance and recovery from inflammation or surgery.
About Daisy the Acupuncturist
I am Daisy, a degree qualified acupuncturist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage specialist based in Bournemouth. I trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and hold a BSc (Hons) and LicAc. My work is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture, alongside modern, evidence informed approaches to health and wellbeing.
